The Forever Family

Article text
Memories of tea parties, pints outside pubs, trips to the seaside and children with dogs. Men playing the piano. young ladies on motorbikes and tiny babies drinking out of the biggest of tin mugs!

Who this family is I will never know. But what strikes me is how every moment is so very special, honest and true. No selfie faces or artificial poses here. This was a family who loved life and loved each other that is plain to see. They obviously had special times together with lots of giggles and laughs.

So now they live in my photos album. A time capsule of a forgotten era. They will play on the beach, walk in the woods and hold hands forever more on the pages of this treasured album dated 1933.
